This Privacy Policy describes how HypeLab Studio Kft. (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with the HypeLab AI Agent (“the Application”), an internal tool used for managing LinkedIn content publishing.

1. Purpose and Scope

The Application is an internal business tool used exclusively by authorized HypeLab team members. It is not a consumer-facing product and is not available to the general public.

2. Information We Access

Through LinkedIn’s API, the Application may access:

Basic profile information (name, profile ID) of the authorizing user — solely to authenticate API access
Organization page data for HypeLab Studio’s LinkedIn Company Page — to publish and manage content
Post engagement data (comments, reactions) — to monitor and respond to community interactions

3. How We Use Information

Information accessed through LinkedIn’s API is used exclusively to:

Publish content (posts, articles, images) to HypeLab Studio’s LinkedIn Company Page
Read and respond to comments on published posts
Generate content ideas based on industry research

We do not sell, share, or transfer any LinkedIn data to third parties.

4. Data Storage

The Application stores:

OAuth tokens — securely in environment variables on a private server, used solely for API authentication
Post history — a local log of published content for internal tracking

No LinkedIn user data is stored in external databases or shared with third-party services.

5. Data Retention

OAuth tokens are retained only as long as needed for the Application to function. Tokens can be revoked at any time by the authorizing user through their LinkedIn account settings.

6. Security

Access to the Application is restricted to authorized HypeLab team members. API credentials and tokens are stored securely and are never exposed in public repositories or client-side code.

7. Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services:

LinkedIn API — for content publishing and community management
Anthropic Claude API — for AI-assisted content generation (no LinkedIn data is sent to this service)

8. User Rights

Authorized users can:

Revoke the Application’s access at any time via LinkedIn Settings → Apps
Request deletion of any stored data by contacting the HypeLab team
